Prices Freight & Shipping
- Stockist will pay the price for the products set out in price lists issued by La Gaia as updated from time to time.
- All prices are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) referred to is based on Australian prices and is to be used as a guide only. There is no obligation to comply with this recommendation.
- Prices are exclusive of freight, shipping, and insurance which Stockist is responsible for.
- Any delays, damages or incidents with shipping must be reported to LaGaia within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- LaGaia will not be responsible for any losses due to causes beyond its control or for any consequential losses of any kind.
- LaGaia does not accept requests for stock / deliveries to be left unattended. A signature is required on delivery.
- Failed deliveries may result in additional courier charges at the discretion of the courier service. LaGaia will not absorb costs for subsequent delivery attempts.
Defects / Damage
- Goods received must be inspected on delivery. Any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote must be reported to LaGaia in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- LaGaia requests that photographs of damaged / defected goods must be submitted to allow inspection and investigation of the goods in question.
- LaGaia will issue a replacement of any goods deemed to be defected / damaged at no additional cost to Stockist.
- Stockist acknowledges that goods supplied may vary in shade, colour, texture, surface and finish, and may fade or change colour over time.
- LaGaia do not accept liability for any defect or damage which may be caused or partly caused by or arise because of:
- Failure to properly maintain or store any Goods.
- Use of the Goods for any purpose other than that for which they were designed.
- Failure to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by Supplier.
Products Returns
Damaged Products:
- LaGaia will replace damaged or defective goods with the same product at no additional cost to the customer, a credit will not be issued.
- The Stockist must inspect all goods delivered for damage, defects, or shortage immediately upon receipt and notify LaGaia in writing of any short shipped or damaged stock within 48 hours of delivery. LaGaia reserves the right to request photographs of any damaged / defected product. LaGaia will not be responsible for any stock returns notified any time after 48 hours from delivery.
- LaGaia reserves the right to request that any damaged / defected product that has been replaced be returned for further investigation.
- Product replacements will be included in the first order following the report.
Exchange of stock
- Exchange of stock is typically not accepted, unless in circumstances where stock has been sent from the warehouse in error.
- LaGaia will only accept the return of products if it is reported and found that the order has been sent incorrectly. LaGaia typically does not issue credits, only replacements.
- A replacement product will not be provided to in circumstances where less than half of the product remains.
- In extraordinary circumstances LaGaia may at its discretion and as a gesture of good will issue a credit to the customer.
- Refunds are only made where LaGaia is found to be at fault for overpayments or account discrepancies.
- LaGaia will not accept used accessories; however, will replace faulty accessories.
